Flying Apron Bakery under new ownership | Restaurants

New owners have taken over Flying Apron Bakery from Jennifer Katzinger, but don't worry-- it's still gluten-free.

Jeff Silva, Ethan Hernandez, and Erik Chelstad say they are committed to continuing the bakery's sustainable, organic, gluten-free, and vegan business niche.

Silva and his wife previously owned a bakery and cafe in Seattle, and Silva is managing Crohn's disease.

Hernandez has a daughter with dietary restrictions, and he and Chelstad share an entreprenuerial background.
